We provide our clients with a comprehensive ISO management system consulting service, whether you start with “Zero” or redesign your existing management system (e.g. transition from OHSAS 18001:2007 to ISO 45001:2018), or you want to improve your company management processes, our professional consultants can lead you to the goals.

1st Step - Gap Review Analysis
We will study the nature, structure, existing documents, and records of the client company. Then, we will do an on-site interview in the client's workplace, including interviews with key staffs, working environment observations, and routine operation review. Upon completion, we will analyze the gap between the customer's company operations and ISO standards, and provide suggestions for improvement.
2nd Step - Document Development
Based on the results of the gap review analysis, the requirements of the ISO standard and the internal requirements of the client, we will develop suitable management system documentation for our client, including manuals, procedures, forms, etc. Wherever practicable, we will use the client's existing documentation to make changes that reduce impact. After the documents are officially issued, we will provide a document briefing session to assist the client's key staffs in understanding how to implement the management system documentation.
3rd Step - Training & On-site Consultancy
Throughout the entire consultancy process, we will visit our clients' workplaces at different stages to review progress, provide professional advice, develop required documentation, conduct internal audits and management reviews, investigate nonconformity and recommend corrective actions, carry out pre-certification audits, etc., We assist our client in implementing the ISO management system to ensure compliance with certification requirements. (The scope and details of the consultancy service will be adjusted to meet the needs of individual clients)

4th Step - Certification Audit
Our consultant will assist the client in coordinating the certification arrangement throughout the consultancy process, including selecting the certification body, submitting the application, making an appointment for audit date, and contacting the auditor. According to the needs of our client, we can attend certification audits and provide immediate assistance, to deal with auditors.
